Winter Formal at Borders!

This winter my co-workers and I at Borders will be celebrating our 1st Winter Formal. Me and my fellow committee members- Jenn, Liz, and Christine- are planning it all out. We will pick a date, probably a Sunday since we close earliest on Sundays and can have an early after-party. And on that day we choose, all Borders employees (who choose to participate) will show up to work in their prom gear. Dresses, suits, etc- we will be dressed to the 9's and work our shifts like that. Then, we'll have an after party- TBD, where we will crown the Borders prom King, Queen and other court memebers.

This is going to be so much fun! The only bummer is our dress code doesn't allow open toed shoes and tank tops, so us girls will have to get creative, but it's no biggie. It'll just be fun to dress up and see other people dressed up. Our customers are going to think- "wow, not only am i receiving excellent customer service, but they looks great too!" lol.
