Bang Bang
Last last Friday some coworkers and I went to the Jackson Arms shooting range in South San Francisco to go bust some caps. It was pretty intimidating since I have never shot a handgun before. I was so nervouse just loading the clip- and man is that hard! By the way, Joe and I were using an HK .45. It was so loud inside the range, which made me even more nervous, and it didn't help that the shells from the clip sort of bounced out at you after every shot. But I got used to it all, and was having a blast.
I did pretty darn good too for my first time shooting. I'll have to take pictures of my two targets and post them. But to give you an idea, they were posters with the outline of a persons torso, and different areas were sectioned off and given different points. I managed to hit right in the center of the chest several times, one right in the forehead, and the rest were scattered around the rest of the body. Only a few ended up outside of the "person" on my poster. I want to take lessons, make sure I develop the proper technique.
Moral of this post- don't F*$% with me or you'll end up looking like the guys on my posters. ;)

It's a lot of fun Beth- we should all go before you leave town.
