Sky Diving

"I....went...to...the DANGER ZONE....." dun dun dundun....oh yeah that's right I went sky diving. It was really amazing, not scary at all. You don't have time to be scared. We jumped from 9,000 ft on Sunday, had about 30-45 seconds of free fall which goes by really quick, then the parachute is deployed (which really hurt actually) and then spent about 5 minutes gliding back down to earth. THe instructors let us steer the chute, turning left....then right....it was awesome.

The place we went to is Sky Dance Sky Diving located in Davis, California. I went with two coworkers, Vijay and Krishna, Krishna's brother and my good friend Allan. We all had a great time and are ready to do it again!

Busy Bee

It's been so long since I've posted something. I was house-sitting in Oakland for two weeks in August and there was no way for me to properly access the Internet at the house (they have dial-up!), and when I came home, things just got really busy.

I joined a recreational soccer league, we play once a week on Sundays, and then to help prepare for that I started running. It's been really great, I go along the Embarcadero all the way to Pier 39 and then back to the Ferry Building. What else is new...oh- I am going sky diving on Sunday. Two of my coworkers, one of their brothers, and my friend Allan are also jumping with me. I'll be sure to post about that.

Guess that is it for now. Until Sunday.....
